At BSM Law College, we maintain high academic standards to ensure that our students are well-prepared for the legal profession. Below, you will find the eligibility criteria for each of our law programs.

📌 Undergraduate Law Programs

1. BA LLB (5-Year Integrated Course)

✅ Eligibility:

• Must have completed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board.
• Minimum 45% marks for General Category students.
• Minimum 42% marks for OBC candidates.
• Minimum 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
• Age Limit: As per Bar Council of India (BCI) regulations.
• CLAT/LSAT score (preferred but not mandatory).

2. BBA LLB (5-Year Integrated Course)

✅ Eligibility:

• Completion of 10+2 (Senior Secondary) with any stream from a recognized board.
• Minimum aggregate of 45% marks for General Category.
• Minimum aggregate of 42% marks for OBC.
• Minimum aggregate of 40% marks for SC/ST.
• Age Limit: As per BCI guidelines.
• CLAT/LSAT score (preferred but not mandatory).

3. LLB (3-Year Course)

✅ Eligibility:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BCom, BSc, BTech, or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 45% marks for General Category.
• Minimum 42% marks for OBC candidates.
• Minimum 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
• No age limit, as per BCI norms.
• CLAT/LSAT score (preferred but not mandatory).

📌 Postgraduate Law Program

LLM (Master of Laws – 2-Year Program)

✅ Eligibility:

• Must have completed LLB (3-Year) or BA LLB/BBA LLB (5-Year Integrated Course) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 50% marks for General Category.
• Minimum 48% marks for OBC.
• Minimum 45% marks for SC/ST candidates.
• Valid CLAT/LSAT score (preferred).

📌 Admission Process

Step 1: Application Submission

✔ Fill out the online/offline application form available on our website or campus.

Step 2: Document Verification

✔ Submit the required academic and identification documents.

Step 3: Entrance Exam (If Applicable)

✔ CLAT/LSAT scores are preferred but not mandatory.

Step 4: Personal Interview (If Required)

✔ Certain courses may require an interview round.

Step 5: Final Admission & Fee Payment

✔ Receive the admission offer and confirm your seat by paying the required fees.
